Weekend

Kicked off the weekend with Super Games on Friday at the boys school.  Probably the favorite day of the year, it’s like field day when I was kid only much much cooler.  A few months ago each class did a tie-dye t-shirt in art class.  Each class picks a different color and they wear them the day of Super Games.  Easy for the teachers to keep track of their students as they move through each game.

The kids play hard all day long and come home exhausted.  And some times missing their shoes.

I got there around noon.  Austin’s class was doing a water game where they had to fill a huge garbage can up with water but the can was filled with holes and they had to cover as many of the holes that they could.  Whichever team could keep the most water in won.

One of the dads sprayed the runner with a fire hose as they tried to fill it up and run back.

All Cole wanted to do was the big blow up stuff.  This one was his favorite

After Super Games we packed it up and headed down to the farm for a little early birthday celebration that  started with a Spongebob pinata.

Austin whacked it so hard his legs came off

You can see Astro in the background protesting the Spongebob no-legs.  He seemed to think that something was very wrong about them beating this innocent yellow guy.
