We usually make a green cilantro heavy salsa but I wanted to try something different and found this one. It’s so good I ended up eating so much of it I wasn’t hungry for dinner!
Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes undrained
1 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chiles undrained
½ cup chopped onion
2 jalapenos sliced with seeds removed
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 garlic cloves
¼ teaspoon salt
Juice from half a lime
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large food processor, and pulse until the salsa has reached your desired consistency.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
