I LOVE falafels and they are really good for you. I have made my own but I prefer to just buy them frozen at Trader Joes.
I also love hummus. My fave is just regular garlic or red pepper. Either one can be used with this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 large tortilla wrap whole wheat
- 2 to 3 tablespoons hummus
- ½ cup arugula or spinach
- 2 slices of tomatoes cut in half
- ⅛ red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cucumber chopped
- 4 to 5 Falafels
- 1 to 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Spread the hummus on top of the tortilla wrap. Top with arugula, tomatoes, onions, cucumber and falafels. Drizzle with tahini . Enjoy!
