NC Mountains

When Covid hit we had to cancel a lot of trips we had planned and unfortunately already paid for. A trip to Mexico, a trip to Hilton head, a trip to Orlando.

The place we rented through for Hilton Head actually offered us an option to pick a different destination within their company.

So we decided to try to recoup a little bit of our money and head to the mountains. Blake goes to school in Asheville so we lived the idea of connecting with him

We drove along the Blue Ridge parkway and stopped in places to take pics before heading to our rental

The leaves were just starting to change but the weather was amazing.

There is nothing better than the mountains in the Fall

A certain girlie started to get grumpy so we decided it was time to head to our rental and grab some dinner.

The next day we headed out for Grandfather Mountain.

Blake over from Asheville to join us and I was brave enough to cross the swinging bridge (I hate heights).
