Time to decide

Thanks for all the great comments about the house. We still haven’t decided if we will make it a two story (just smaller) or keep it one. I go back and forth.

What we DO know is 6,000 sq feet is just too big for us. And that’s not even including the 1,300 sq ft of finished basement. We also don’t want the 20k tax bill that will come with it.

So back to the drawing board we go.

In the meantime 3 out of 4 kids are here at the farm with me while Andy is working in NYC. The weather is amazing.

Eva picked the veggies for our salad last night, Blake has been driving the pick-up in the pasture (we love to ride in the back and get bounced around). Lots of running, getting dirty, a few fights with younger ones that were both exhausted. It’s all good.

Austin is wrapping up a week down in North Carolina with his old chapel hill team in the mountains. Miss that kid. Plus can’t wait for him to see his surprise when he gets home, more on that later.
