Recently I read about the 40 bags in 40 days on someones blog. I think this is a fabulous idea and I am up for the challenge.
I am so tired of clutter.
And of course it is always worse after a trip. At least it seems worse.
This is what I found on the blog
It’s a pretty simple concept: Just commit to ridding your home of 40 bags of “stuff” during the 40 days of Lent.
You can throw it away or give it away—garbage, clothing, toys, books, etc. You can pick the size of bag that makes the most sense for your circumstances—large garbage bags if you have a lot of clutter, smaller bags if you have less.
Mine will probably be 40 bags today. If it’s not nailed down….
Let’s call it Spring Cleaning. Since Spring is finally starting to show it’s pretty head.
Here are a few more pics from the vacay
Eva decided while at the beach that she was a big girl and wanted to sit at the table as a big girl, no booster seat, nothing.
And she sat and ate and was such a good grown up girl
Cole looks so big in this next pic

Ok I am off to purge.

Hi, Elisa!
I love your blog! I’ve been reading a while. Any way. Can you share more info on where you stayed and how to go about staying in this area? I want to plan a nice Florida vacation and this is perfect for a family!!
Thanks!

You know, if you miss Lent it’s no big deal. The Episcopal Church celebrates 40 days of Eastertide. You can do the big purge in celebration of Easter. Love the beach shots! Miss you guys and can’t wait to see you very soon!
