Trying to settle in and weed through lots of pics and lots of laundry.
I hate unpacking.
And it’s cold, and rainy. I guess that makes it a good day for laundry.
And Target, note from Cole’s teacher says he needs more markers, pencils, and glue sticks. Hmmmm.
Hoping Eva takes a nap today. The house is a pit.
Never leave a vase of fresh flowers out on the counter when you are going to be gone for a week and half. The stink was NASTY.
Not much else to say for now- here are a few straight out of the camera shots as no post is good without a picture.
Better ones soon….
This room- loved it. So much natural light. Such great views
I didn’t use my big camera very much on the trip. I always regret that, but this time I just accepted it. Sometimes I am not in the mood to hold a heavy camera.
This was Eva’s “spot”. She loved that the window sills were the perfect height for her, they made a nice little seat.
Watersound has 5 pools that I know of, big ones and small ones, our condo overlooked one of the small ones. It was a pretty infinity style pool but it was colder than the other one we liked. And it offers no food service.
I really liked the decor of this place- perfect beachy feel without being over the top beachy. If that makes any sense.
It didn’t take long for the boys to discover how comfortable this couch was
I miss the bike rides. It was a game time decision about whether or not we should take them. So glad we did.
This is “mom!! come on. Stop taking pics and let’s go!!”
Holding up the sun-
And the rest of these are just from one of our evening rides around the neighborhood.
Checking for gogobots or something like that.

That house looks so cool. I love places that are just a little bit quiet. It looks like a beautiful place.

Wow – what a great Condo! You always choose such amazing places – how do you find them? What’s the name of this one?

Love the pics! I grew up in Florida and lived there 30 years and never once went to the panhandle. We move to Atlanta and everyone goes there!
Beautiful place you stayed in. I love the round dining table. . . we just bought one this weekend and I was excited to see how inviting the ones looks in your pics AND I have that same metal glider on my porch. It was my grandmother’s and I love it!!! Good luck on tackling laundry mountain. . .
